Despite elevator woes, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the front desk made my visit more manageable. Would recommend for a short stay.

The hotel's convenient location near the Subway and various attractions made exploring the city easy, while the stunning views from the room on the 46th floor added a special touch to the stay. However, the limited number of elevators and occasional lack of hot water were minor inconveniences that could be improved for a more seamless experience.

From the towering skyscraper that dominates the skyline to the moving tribute to those we lost on 9/11, every corner I turned held a piece of American history. The convenience of having transportation options nearby made exploring the city a breeze. And let's not forget the incredible views from my room—I could see the Hudson River in all its glory. Plus, the free meals for my kids were a pleasant surprise. It was a memorable trip, blending history, culture, and good food—all within reach.

Breakfast was amazing, exceptional views, decent location short walk to the subway at Rector St and local amenities including Starbucks, Dunkin and a number of deli/convenience stores, Statue, George's restaurant for breakfast. Its staff was helpful and efficient.

The room, despite being small, was clean and modern, meeting our needs perfectly. We also appreciated the close proximity to public transportation, making it easy to navigate the city. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a microwave and an extra comforter in the room for added convenience.

The hotel is contemporary and immaculately clean, nestled in a nice building with great view over bay around lower Manhattan. Reasonably priced room and friendly communication with the staff. Rector Street subway stop is just a walk down to the place, some 15 minutes on foot.

Enjoyed a free upgrade to a spacious King Executive Suite with a very comfortable bed. Great customer service from the check-in staff. Although a bit noisy near the ice machine, our stay was fantastic, and we had a wonderful mini Christmas vacation. We will definitely return!

The spot where the hotel is located is unbeatable, right in the mix of Downtown Manhattan with attractions like the New York stock exchange and the 9/11 Memorial close by, and the subway stations basically at arm's reach making getting around a breeze. The room was cozy, and the beds were downright comfy for a solid night's sleep. The only teeny hiccup was the slow escalators, so I'd recommend snagging a room on the lower floors to dodge any escalator waiting game. 🏙️

location and view are magnificent!!! staff is smiling and helpful. delivery in the room of the meals is very nice and fast ( Very useful when you are jetlagged and tired in the evening to go out the first days). coffee and tea maker in the room allows you to admire the sunrise with our hot drink in your hand. Well placed also compared to the subway and especially the Fulton station where everything starts. 5 min walk from the departure for the Statue of Liberty.

It's a shame to have double beds that are 1m40/60 by 1m90. A bit tight and a bit small especially for the USA. The hotel has 50 floors and unfortunately the Statue of Liberty is hidden by a building just in front of it (we were on the 40th floor when we asked to be on top). Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator. The bathroom is a bit narrow and lacks storage space. We spent 6 days at 3.

The city view from the cozy guest rooms at Holiday Inn Financial District was a real treat. Waking up to the breathtaking skyline every morning made my stay truly memorable. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience, and the affordable room service was a pleasant surprise.

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn in Downtown. the buffet breakfast was adequate and nutritious. the staff and cleaning ladies were extremely helpful. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to various metro stations and Battery Park for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ferries. We enjoyed the nice view of the Hudson River from our room on the 47th floor. it was a smooth and value-for-money experience.

No space for toiletries, and the bathroom? Smaller than a closet. Oh, and no parking – paid a fortune to park two blocks away. Hilarious.

The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy, plus our 43rd-floor view of the river was stunning! The staff were really nice and helpful, and the hotel's location right by the subway stations made exploring the city a breeze. 🌆 We loved chilling in the hotel's cozy lounge and grabbing a coffee at the on-site cafe, adding an extra touch to our New York City adventure. One tiny hiccup was the slight issue with housekeeping not bringing towels promptly, but it didn't spoil our awesome stay overall.

We loved staying here because the hotel was located right in the center of all the sights in Lower Manhattan. We were really impressed with how close it was to a subway station which made our trip to major locations so easy. It was situated in a safe area which gave us peace of mind. The room was equipped with many amenities such as wi-fi, heating, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. It was clean and comfortable making us feel at home. This place also offered great services like dry cleaning, limousine service, and wake up service.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Manhattan for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to all subway lines and a short distance to Brooklyn. The hotel is surrounded by famous landmarks such as the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping team did a great job. the room was cozy and clean with a stunning city view, including the river and freedom tower. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the front desk agent, cesar, was exceptionally attentive and caring. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the keurig machine in the room was a nice touch, and the tv had a great selection of channels. the housekeeping staff was respectful and efficient. overall, a great value for the money spent. loved the nearby pizza place too.
